Can You Post Any Pictures

I occasionally come across some pretty good construction photos. Does this site allow pictures to be posted? If so how? I have tried before but was not able to make it work. Any help would be appreciated.

The picture above for example is me, it's stored on a webserver at : http://www.verisassociates.com/Images/NealLeininger_photo.jpg

There is a button at the top of the message compose box call "Img" it's inbetween "List=" and "URL"

Click the "Img" button and it will place "[img]" in the message box, next paste the website url of the picture ie: "http://www.verisassociates.com/Images/NealLeininger_photo.jpg" then click "Img" again and it will place a "[/img]" after the picture url.

You can just type the "[img]" and "[/img]" , but the button makes it easy to remember.
