1.  What types of lumber required? What is the required moisture content?

2.  Are the drawing details adequate to prevent future wood failure from decay, termites or high temperatures?

3.  Who takes off and orders the lumber? Will it be what we actually need?

4.  Who takes off and orders the hardware? Will it be what we actually need?

5.  For trusses and structural lumber:
     a. Who approves the shop drawings?
     b. Are the delivery, unloading and storage details clear?
     c. Are the erection details clear?
     d. Do you understand the temporary and permanent bracing requirements?
