I was going to review websites for all the types of equipment shown below, but it seems useless. Equipment, often Owner supplied equipment, varies so much from one job to another. Just do a Google search of any of the types of equipment listed below and you'll find thousands of websites to review. Some will be helpful.

What Public Domain Documents are Available for Further Study?


The US Department of Defense provides a detailed general resource for Indoor Fitness/Recreation Facilities.  This 74 page manual is officially called UFC 4-740-02N (December 2003).

The Food Service Equipment Operation and Maintenance Manual issued by the US Department of Defense is a 151 page guide to design and operation specifications for food service equipment.  The name of this document is UFC 3-190-07N (January 2004).
